Who we are
We are a dynamic, diverse and young team of professionals ensuring clients have access to the best solar and battery products and electrical services. Energise was founded in 2018 and started with Leigh's desire to see more people make use of Australia's abundant sun, while reducing our dependence on fossil fuels. Our purpose is simple: Be part of the renewable future!
The motivation behind all we do is delivering value for money and assisting our customers along the electrification journey. We know customers choose to install solar for a variety of reasons, including energy self-sufficiency, lower energy bills, environmental concerns or more broadly being part of a positive change. It brings us joy that solar power and battery storage are more affordable than ever and more households are considering this path. As a small solar retailer, in October 2021 we reached 1 gigawatt hours (GWh) of solar energy generated by our installations and continue to break milestones.

How we are different
Energise evolved from Carbon Electrical Solutions, founded in 2009. We've been in the industry through multiple ups and downs. In 2012, rooftop solar was not on many people's minds, prices were high and uptake slow. But we continued to believe in the cause and our clients saw the opportunity as well. Since 2018, we learnt to be more competitive in a crowded solar industry, taking advantage of increased governmental subsidies and lower material prices. We are now in the position to know how to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the solar market.
We distinguish ourselves through a tailored service, responding to customer requests and needs, providing extensive pre-install consultation, addressing concerns and continuing to communicate with the client post-install as needed.
On the environmental side, we minimise and recycle waste packaging and other scrap parts. We had the opportunity to upcycle discarded panels and are always searching for ways to minimise our waste from business operations.

We are a growing company and value customer experience. In the last 3 years, we delivered solar and battery installations from all known manufacturers and constantly look out on how to reduce our operation costs so the client pays less and enjoys more of their solar system. We provide full services of assessment, design, installation, electrical safety and connection. We are accredited by the Clean Energy Council and endorsed by Solar Victoria, which ensures our service is in line with the latest safety and quality standards through the Code of Conduct.
